Fees & costs

Are there any fees at Beechwood Park?

Yes, whether renting or buying, we’ve made our fee structure as clear as possible so you know exactly what you’ll be paying when you move to Beechwood Park.

Your monthly Concierge fee covers:

• Maintenance to the exterior of your home.

• Grounds and gardens maintenance.

• Regular cleaning and maintenance to the homeowners' club lounge, fitness or wellness suite and the community Hub – so they’re kept to the exceptionally high standards you’d expect and enjoy.

• Fire and call systems maintenance.

• Communal broadband/Wi-Fi.

• Utility costs for the communal areas.

If you choose to rent, your fee combines your rent, landlord maintenance and service fees into one monthly charge, and you can add housekeeping, support or dining packages to build the package that suits you.
