Stow-on-the-Wold is nestled at the heart of the Cotswolds, just 15 miles from Cheltenham's wonderful regency architecture, and less than 30 miles from the academic brilliance of Oxford.

This picturesque market town is one of the most well-loved locations in the Cotswolds - and it's easy to see why.

Once known as Stow St Edward, the Cotswolds' highest town is criss-crossed with Roman roads, pretty stone-fronted buildings, independent shops, fine restaurants, historic inns, and tranquil country trails.

Famous for its idyllic 12th century market square, 'Edwardstow' was also known throughout Europe as a centre of the wool trade, with as many as 20,000 sheep sold in one day.

What will you pay?

When you move into one of our unique, age-exclusive communities, we want life to be as easy and enjoyable as possible.

That's why you'll pay a pre-agreed monthly fee to keep things simple for you. The utility costs for the communal areas are included as well as broadband/Wi-Fi in your property. You pay for your own private use of heating, electricity and hot and cold water supply.

If you sell your home, you will pay a Deferred Management Fee (DMF) of up to 15% of the property value; an Estate Agency Fee of 1% of the sale price achieved; and an Administration Fee of at least £500.
