The walk will start at 12.15pm from the Brio Retirement Living sales office at The Hut in Liddell Park and pass through Hume Square just after the cycle events have departed, where there will be food and craft stalls as well as live entertainment in the afternoon.
The walk is open to all (including dogs) and is free to enter, there will be collection points at the Brio Retirement Living sales office and along the 5km route to make donations and raise money for North East Sensory Services Charity.
All entrants must pre-register online here.
All walkers will be required to sign in on the day of the walk at the Brio Retirement Living sales office from 11.30am before setting off and will be entered into a free prize draw.
The route will be well signposted and takes in the beautiful open fields, woodlands and waterways of the estate. There will be a refreshment stop approximately half way around the route. It is advisable that all walkers wear appropriate clothing and shoes for walking in the countryside.
