Our fees

When you move into one of our unique, age-exclusive communities, we want life to be as easy and enjoyable as possible.

That's why you'll pay a pre-agreed monthly payment which covers the cost of heating, hot water and the maintenance of your home and your community – including the grounds and gardens. If you choose to buy with us or part buy, part rent, you'll also pay a sinking fund contribution to cover the cost of any major works and an administration fee if you choose to later resell your home.

Stow-on-the-Wold is fifteen miles east of Cheltenham's wonderful regency architecture, and less than thirty miles from the academic brilliance of Oxford.

Once known as Stow St Edward, the Cotswolds' highest town is criss-crossed with Roman roads, pretty stone-fronted buildings, independent shops, fine restaurants, historic inns, and tranquil country trails.

Famous for its idyllic 12th century market square, 'Edwardstow' was also known throughout Europe as a centre of the wool trade, with as many as 20,000 sheep sold in one day.

History buffs and culture lovers will also want to explore the site of the last Civil War battle, the popular marketplace penal stocks and the spectacular medieval church of St Edwards with its spiralling yew tree entrance.

Stow-on-the-Wold is also home to some of the Cotswolds' best bakeries, gourmet restaurants and character pubs. The Porch House in Digbeth Street may be one of Britain's oldest inns, with roots back to the 10th century.
